Growth arises from the community
Growth arises from the community
In contrast to the fantasy world of social media, I want to bring people closer to the real world again. Not each and every thing has to shine bright on the outside. "Stand up for who your are, stand up for your decisions."

In my business and private surroundings, I want to convey an attitude and values that do not disguise the reality of our lives and that are based on authenticity. Once we have internalized this, we are ready to build strong relationships and grow from within the community.

The foundation of business growh
The most beautiful flowers grow from nutrient–rich and moist soil. Sunshine alone is usually not enough. Similarily, the most promising entrepreneurial undertaking can only grow sustainably, if you consider the soil. This soil must be cared for and watered. A shower of money will most likely not be enough.

Honesty
As an entrepreneur, I consider a goal-oriented and honest communication culture that offers room for personal development to be the basis for sustainable company growth.
True Greatness
Avoidable weaknesses may be openly articulated. Projects are allowed to fail, projects should be allowed to fail! "Men are allowed to cry. Projects are allowed to fail." It goes on and it's about learning from mistakes.
Clarity
It is important to ensure maximum order and structure in your own head. To maintain clarity and keep commitments. To manage your own life mindfully.
Being a Child
For me, order also means feeling the freedom of youth and childhood in adulthood, on a daily basis. Then you have order in your own life and in your own company. Not saying "yes" too often is a quality.

Hierarchy
I believe in honest communication at all levels, flat hierarchies and transparency in the company. Often a modern vision, but in how many companies is it really applied?
Community Spirit
I believe in the need for collective action. Society teaches us that we as humans should be able to do almost everything on our own, that we shouldn't accept help.
Confrontation
Confrontation therapy removes blockages. People must confront their ego in order to achieve progress.
Self-Reflection
I believe that people need to be made more aware of the consequences of their own actions - both in private life and at work.
